My review of Different Class by Joanne Harris.

Everything that needs to be said about Different Class – the story, its connection to its predecessors: Gentlemen & Players and blueeyedboy – has been said. The blurb and the eloquent endorsement; the insightful reviews; each one says it beautifully. Reading Different Class is like entering a maze made of misdirection with only your rapt and dogged curiosity to sustain you. This book is simply breathtaking and establishes Ms Harris’ reputation as one of our foremost writers beyond a shadow of doubt. Classy, creepy and mesmerising.
Highly recommended. There are not enough stars.
